By accessing and using BrewedOps GHL Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BrewedOps provides a dashboard of productivity tools for GoHighLevel (GHL) agencies and virtual assistants, including workflow creators, API references, typing tests, job board access, and other tools.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and tools provided by BrewedOps are the property of BrewedOps. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GoHighLevel, OnlineJobs.ph, Anthropic (Claude AI), and others. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Feature Access

Certain features may require administrator approval. Access to AI-powered tools (Workflow Builder, Copy Website) may be restricted and enabled on a per-user basis by the administrator.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

BrewedOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
